COURSE ADVISING INFORMATION SESSION

Psychology can be studied as part of your undergraduate degree, either as an elective unit, a broadening unit, a degree-specific major or a second major.

The School of Psychology offers the following majors:

  • Psychology (Double Major) – Psychology
  • BA Psychology major – Psychology in Society
  • BSc Psychology major – Psychological Sciences

  • Students need to complete the Psychology double major (or the Psychology in Society and the Psychological Sciences majors) to be eligible for entry into Honours in Psychology.

The School also offers Graduate Entry Diploma courses which provide graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in another area the opportunity to undertake the undergraduate sequence of psychology units as preparation for a further psychology program.
